Management Trainee: CEO for 1 month

At Tecell, we value ambition, leadership qualities, and the willingness to learn from the best, regardless of whether you are a highly educated individual, a natural leader, or an entrepreneur. If you possess these traits and are ready to take on challenges, you could be the next CEO of our company and work closely with our founder.

This will be for one month in June 2024. There will be a selection process. The finalist will have the opportunity to learn the different aspects of running a corporate business, including Sales/Marketing, FInancial management, Operations, and company Board review.

Sales / Businessdeveloper Intern

Internship Duration: Minimum three months, Maximum six months, full-time.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive – Intern. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Business Skills
  • Knowledge and Experience in lead generation and account management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales tools
  • Experience in the EV charging or automotive industry is a plus

Software developer Intern

Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months, Maximum 6 months, full-time.

Location: Remote or from our Bangalore Office

Responsibilities:

  • Developing applications (coding, programming)
  • Debugging and testing code
  • Documenting and testing new software applications
  • Researching, investigating and fixing a wide range of technical issues
  • Collaborating with senior leaders
  • Approaching problems and creating solutions
  • Proactively learning about new technologies

Software Engineer Intern requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related area (or Pursuing)
  • Knowledge of Python or NodeJs is a must
  • Knowledge or experience of various programming languages (provide any developed projects’ repo url)
  • Knowledge of AWS is an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly developed analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
