Tecell intends to provide a premium charging station at a competitive price. Our line of charging stations are certified & go through a rigorous process of testing to ensure a quality product is provided.

Supported Vehicle Types

This charging station is able to charge four wheeler vehicles. The duration required for full charging will vary depending on the battery capacity of your vehicle. This station is capable of delivering 7.4 kWh of power. Regular Lithium ion batteries on four-wheelers (with 30 kWh battery capacity) will require 4-6 hrs for charging from 0 to 100%. We however recommend that the battery is not discharged below 50% to ensure longer battery life.

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
The station comes with a standard 1 year warranty. For additional support post the first year, you can choose an AMC period at an extra cost. Please note that the items not covered under AMC are – MCB, SPD, Contactors, Relays. The AMC can be availed maximum till the end of 60th month.

Usage Type
Public: If you intend to install the charging station for the public to have access to the charging station, choose this option. Our team will get in touch with you for additional information & inform you of the backend processes (pricing, contract) applicable before installation.

Semi-Public: If you intend to install the station at an apartment or for group of people/community to ONLY have access to the station, choose this option.Our team will get in touch with you for additional information & inform you of the backend processes (pricing, contract) applicable before installation.

Private: Choose this option if you and your family will be the only people use this station (& rarely some visitors).

In all the above three options, the station can be monetised. We charge an annual recurring platform fee (1st year cost included in the price), which will ensure that we can monitor and resolve any issues with the charging station, thereby providing an uninterrupted service. Please get in touch if you have any further questions. Apart from collecting specific information for configuring the station, we will reach out to you to sign a Site Owner agreement to ensure that any money generated from the charging station can be settled to your bank account on a monthly basis.

Communication Type
You can either choose to connect the charging station to your own WiFi network or to an IoT 4G SIM provided by us. The cost of the 4G SIM will be annually renewed.

Installation

We provide a detailed user manual, which will describe the installation procedure and the wiring needed to be connected from your distribution panel. The cost of installation is not covered in the above price. The installation can be easily executed by your local electrician. If you still have questions after ordering the product, you are welcome to reach out to us via WhatsApp and we can guide you through the installation process. Please check if you have enough sanctioned power load at the site (8.8 kVA)
