The following terms are applicable for any products & services that you purchased with us.
1. Purchase of products on our website
Thanks for purchasing our products at tecell.in operated by Tecell India Private Limited. Normally the minimum and maximum shipping timeline is 1 week to 8 weeks depending on the product type and its availability.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Goods refer to the EVSE Equipment offered for sale on the service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Website refers to Tecell Shop, accessible from www.shop.tecell.in

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Shipping Policy
Generally, the minimum and maximum shipping timeline is between 1 week to 8 weeks depending on the product type and its availability. Please reach out to us with any specific needs for quicker delivery and we will try to accommodate the request. Once the shipment has been received, the you have 48 hrs to report any shipping related damages, post which any such claims cannot be entertained. The warranty details are mentioned under each product listed on our website.
For International buyers, we currently do not ship internationally. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders are shipped within 6-8 weeks
or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation (or when the quotation/estimate is provided) and delivering of the shipment subjectto Courier Company / post office norms. Expedited delivery is possible depending on current stock, please reach out to us for customised quotes.
TECELL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8+ Days days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which you have made a payment for the delivery of the product.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you within 10-14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods or the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Return
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were delivered in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The photographs of the opened packaging & goods are provided to the Tecell team incase of damages
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- The supply of Goods which, after delivery, have been damaged by you for any reason.
- The supply of Good which were bought under a special price offered for the equipment is subject to customer subscribing to the Charge point operations service for the useful life of the equipment.
- By purchasing from Tecell, the customer agrees the terms & conditions as set out at https://shop.tecell.in/product-terms
- Any platform fee once purchased, for the annual maintenance & operational upkeep of the charging station cannot be refunded at any cost.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tecell.in and stating the reason for exchange. This will be reviewed on case to case basis, exchange is not guaranteed.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
2. Purchase of services via mobile application
Thanks for purchasing our services at Tecell Mobile application operated by Tecell India Private limited.
Since the Mobile Application offers non-tangible, irrevocable services we do not provide refunds after the charging service/product is utilised, which you acknowledge prior to availing any product/service in the Mobile Application. Any top-ups made with unused balance will be refunded in the event of request for closure of the account, as long as the pre-paid plan through which this top-up was performed has not expired. The price & associated cost of services offered can be found on the mobile application.

3. Purchasing services via offline method
Thanks for purchasing our services using QR codes on charging stations operated by Tecell India Private limited.
Since the offline digital purchase of services offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods/services in a pay as you go method, we do not provide refunds after the product/service is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any serivce via the QR code payment links.
